About the role
The Sensor Power and Analog Design (SPAD) department within Raytheon is looking for electrical engineers with expertise in analog electronics, power electronics, power systems, and servo/motor control systems. The ideal candidate should have a combination of design experience, electronics knowledge, and hands-on laboratory skills.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team of engineers to develop designs based on requirements, operational specifications, and RTX guidelines
- Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion, analog circuitry or servo/motor control systems
- Provide support to production, integration, and test activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Execute to program schedules on time and budget
- Demonstrate self-motivation
Requirements
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major
- Coursework in the following areas: Analog Electronics, Power Electronics/Systems, or Control Systems
- Knowledge of modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer-based tools
- ABET is the preferred, although not required accreditation standard
- 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
- Hardware development experience
- Knowledge of test and production methods for electronics/power system components

Pay
The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
Schedule
This position is an onsite role. Travel to Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH may be required depending on the assignment.
