2026 Fulltime- Power and Analog Design Electrical Engineer II- Onsite

About the role

The Sensor Power and Analog Design (SPAD) department within Raytheon is seeking experienced electrical engineers with expertise in analog electronics, power electronics, power systems, and servo/motor control systems.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a team of engineers to develop designs based on requirements, operational specifications, and RTX guidelines
• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion, analog circuitry or servo/motor control systems
• Provide support to production, integration, and test activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Execute to program schedules on time and budget
• Demonstrate self-motivation

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major
• Coursework in Analog Electronics, Power Electronics/Systems, or Control Systems
• Knowledge of modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer-based tools
• ABET accredited preferred, 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
• Hardware development experience
• Knowledge of test and production methods for electronics/power system components

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Schedule
