Responsibilities

  • Assist in grading assignments
  • Proctoring final exam
  • Invigilating tests and exams as required
  • Holding tutorials and office hours
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree holder in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, International Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching, conducting research, or working in international human resource management, global workforce management, or cross-cultural management
  • Previous teaching assistant experience in Organizational Behaviour courses at Rotman School of Management is required

Class Schedule

Courses may be online or in person depending on circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both.

Sessional Dates

Sep 1, 2026 - Dec 30, 2026

Pay

The minimum hourly rate shall be:

  • September 1, 2025: $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay
  • January 1, 2026: $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay
  • September 1, 2026: $55.25 plus 4% vacation pay
