About the role

This position involves assisting in grading assignments, proctoring final exams, invigilating tests and exams, holding tutorials and office hours, and other duties as assigned. The role requires being present on campus.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree with a strong academic background in Organizational Behaviour
  • Previous Teaching Assistant (TA) experience in this course (RSM1260)
  • A completion of RSM1260 Leading People in Organizations with a final grade of A- or above is highly preferred
  • Experience is considered more relevant than acquiring experience for this position

Class Schedule

Courses may be either online or in-person, depending on circumstances. Candidates must be available and comfortable with both formats.

Schedule

The sessional dates of appointment are from September 1, 2026 to December 30, 2026.

Pay

The minimum hourly rate for this position is as follows:

  • September 1, 2025: $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay
  • January 1, 2026: $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay
  • September 1, 2026: $55.25 plus 4% vacation pay
