2026-27 Lecturer Pool International Education and Global Engagement

Position Summary

International Education and Global Engagement is collecting application materials for a pool of lecturers with positions available as determined by need during the 2026-27 academic year. We are looking for instructors to teach in person, supporting first term international students (1- unit course) and/or Study Abroad & Exchange returnees (1-3 unit internship course).

Responsibilities

• Teach in person, supporting first term international students (1- unit course)
• Teach in person, supporting Study Abroad & Exchange returnees (1-3 unit internship course)
• Teach based upon qualifications and the needs of the particular program

Qualifications

• Master’s degree typically preferred, but not mandatory
• Extensive experience working with international students and scholars, international education systems, intercultural communication pedagogy, or student mobility programs
• Evidence of teaching and/or international education experience, including inclusive and cross-cultural pedagogies and experience working with international students and/or study abroad alumni
