About the role

Responsible for enhancing educational outcomes through innovative teaching methods and student support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Provide individualized attention to students to address learning needs.
• Mentor and guide students in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute interdisciplinary projects.
• Evaluate student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Valid teaching license in applicable state.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience preferred.
