Position: Call Center Service Consultant

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Call Center Service Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.
  • Experience with computers and the internet is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential customer information.
  • Resource navigation and inquiry resolution.
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
  • Goal-driven and performance-motivated.
  • Collaborative team player aligned with caring, character, and collaboration values.
  • Comfortable undergoing a drug test and background check.

Benefits

  • Fixed rate of $20/hour.

Pay

  • Fixed rate of $20/hour.

Schedule

  • Must be open to training Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM for the first 3 months.
