Crossroads Programs, Inc. is seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Youth Support Worker in Ewing, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for our littles heroes. We have part-time openings available.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to up to five residents, including supervision, meal preparation and transportation to appointments and activities.
• Aid in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for each resident.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective delivery of therapeutic care.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other career development activities.
• Maintain accurate and complete resident records, including progress notes and incident reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology with one year of experience in direct care for youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting.
• High school diploma holders with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience will also be considered.
• A valid driver's license with a clean standing over the past (6) months is required.
• Physical & Drug Screening, Criminal Record History, FBI, and Child Abuse History Clearances.
• All new hires are required to successfully complete Safety Crisis Management (SCM) certification within one week of hire.
