What You'll Do
- Child Care & Support
- Provide direct care and support to up to five residents.
- Supervise children and maintain a safe, structured environment.
- Aid in meal preparation and daily activities.
- Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
- Build positive relationships with children through patience and understanding.
- Treatment & Team Collaboration
- Aid in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with team members to provide consistent therapeutic care.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
- Support child development, behavior management, and therapeutic strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and complete resident records.
- Complete progress notes and incident reports.
- Communicate important updates with the treatment team.
- Follow program policies and safety procedures.

- Education & Experience
- One of the following is required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology with one year of direct care experience working with youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting.
- High school diploma with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past six months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete: Physical screening, Drug screening, Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI Clearance, Child Abuse History Clearance, and Safety Crisis Management (SCM) Certification.
