About the Role
First Baptist Geneva is seeking a part-time Youth Minister/Youth Director. This position offers a negotiable salary dependent upon experience.
The student ministry has strong engagement, with 60-80 attendees on Wednesday nights and 20-40 on Sunday mornings, presenting significant potential for growth and impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead Wednesday and Sunday youth ministry programs
- Plan and execute camps, activities, DiscipleNow, and other ministry opportunities
- Potential preaching and leadership roles within the church
