Director Youth Ministry
About the role
Resurrection Parish is seeking an energetic, faithful, creative, and relational Catholic to help us build a vibrant ministry for post-Confirmation teens, college students, and young adults. At the heart of this ministry is our Sunday 7:00 PM Mass. We are looking for someone who will be present with young people, get to know them by name, listen to them, invite them into parish life, and create opportunities for faith, friendship, prayer, service, leadership, and mission. We are not simply looking for someone to organize events; we seek someone who loves Jesus Christ, loves the Catholic Church, and has a heart for accompanying young people, believing that young people are not simply the future of the Church but an important part of it today. If you are a practicing Catholic with a heart for young people, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow in ministry, Resurrection Parish can provide training, mentoring, and ongoing formation. Come help us build a community where young people encounter Christ, fall in love with the Eucharist, discover that they belong, and become missionary disciples.
