Youth Director/Minister

About the role

Plan and lead weekly youth meetings, organize youth activities, trips, and mission opportunities, build relationships and provide spiritual mentoring, and coordinate with parents and church leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Christian faith and Baptist beliefs
• Experience working with youth (13–18 years old)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for student ministry
