About the role
As an Out of School Time Group Leader for Teen Programs, you will lead and support a team of youth development professionals in delivering engaging and enriching programs that promote positive youth development. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with young people.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive program plans that meet the needs of the youth participants.
Facilitate group activities and discussions that foster social and emotional growth.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to program activities and participant progress.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, psychology, or social work.
At least 2 years of experience working with youth in a professional setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Experience in youth development and programming.
Knowledge of best practices in youth engagement and program design.
