Youth Counselor

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to youth in a residential setting, supporting their emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
• Build positive, trusting relationships while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Teach and model coping skills, life skills, and appropriate behaviors, and reinforce consistent expectations and boundaries.
• Collaborate with team members to support treatment goals and contribute to a supportive, youth‑centered environment.

Pay

$19.23 – $22.12 per hour

• $5,000 sign‑on bonus
• Shift differentials: +$1.50/hour (afternoons), +$1.00/hour (midnights/weekends)
