Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision, mentoring, and guidance to residents
• Build trusting and supportive relationships through effective communication and positive role modeling
• Maintain the safety and security of residents and the facility
• Supervise residents during school, recreation, community outings, and daily activities
• Collaborate with clinical staff and case managers to develop behavioral goals
• Encourage positive decision-making and independent living skills
• Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) and behavioral documentation
• Record resident progress toward treatment goals
• Participate in training and follow structured program policies and procedures

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or at least two years of college in a social or human services-related field; or
• High school diploma (or equivalent) with at least two years of experience working with youth

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Must successfully complete criminal background (including FBI) and child abuse clearances
• Basic computer skills required

Schedule

• Part-Time Weekends
• Flexible availability required
• Must be able to work all shifts as needed
