Examples of Work Performed

• Prepares and maintains files, documentation, legal documents and various reports.
• Provide education about drug laws, effects of drugs, and history of drug use to adolescent drug offenders.
• Provide information about a wide variety of drug related topics to the community.
• Collect urine specimens and interpret urinalysis results.
• Consult and have frequent conferences with other Court personnel and outside agencies about drug-related matter.
• Provide group, individual and family counseling to clients enrolled in drug court.
• Keep informed of current research regarding effects of drugs and drug treatment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with treatment facilities.
• Provide out-patient follow-up to client discharge from in-patient treatment unit.

Pay

Starting Salary: $64,508
