About the role
Responsible for providing residential care services to youth in need. Duties include supervision, counseling, and ensuring safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Supervise youth in residential care settings
- Counsel and provide emotional support
- Ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Document daily activities and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with youth in residential care settings
- Passing background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of child development and mental health
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
