Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides holistic, trauma-informed support to high-risk youth and their families to reduce barriers to the YAP program.
- Supports individuals identified by the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office to ensure they receive appropriate care and resources.

- Acquires and maintains an in-depth knowledge in his/her field or area of focus.
- Uses expertise and specialized knowledge to study issues in depth and draw conclusions.

Required QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
- Experience working with at-risk youth and vulnerable populations.
- Good networking and communication skills.
- Experience providing case management.
- Ability to work in a changing environment.
- Valid driver's license and car insurance by date of hire.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good computer and database skills.
Highly Recommended
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
