Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Check students in for scheduled safety training classes
- Office Administration Etiquette (composing emails, phone calls and face to face interactions)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support instructors and staff with administrative tasks
- Ensure the front desk and common areas are tidy and welcoming
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
