Responsibilities include but are not limited to meeting and/or exceeding revenue goals for all membership categories, including corporate membership accounts. Also works closely with the Center Executive Director or Associate Executive Director, and related staff to ensure the center is providing timely, efficient and consistent service adhering to the customer service guidelines outlined by the association. The incumbent will spend most of their time in related administrative functions such as deploying retention strategies, mapping out training plans, coaching, analyzing data, regular meetings with the team. The remainder of their time in direct engagement with members and building relationships within the community. Supervision could include the full time Member Engagement Specialists (if applicable), member services team and may provide leadership for other center departments and or association initiatives.
