Yard Foreman

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee equipment including forklifts and material handlers
• Train and develop team members to master yard operations
• Optimize material storage systems to maintain an organized and efficient yard
• Provide friendly, customer-focused service to meet client needs
• Supervise and lead the yard crew with clear direction and strong work ethic
• Use operations software to track inventory, process customer payments, and ensure smooth material flow

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• General computer skills (specific software training provided)
• Strong organizational ability and drive to get things done
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical strength to handle up to 50 pounds and perform varied tasks
