Responsibilities
- Oversee daily yard activities and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage and train team members in safe and effective practices.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of relevant training programs (preferred).
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management software.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
