About the role

Responsibilities
- Master the Yard: Operate forklifts, material handlers, and other yard equipment. Mentor and train new employees.
- Captain of Organization: Keep the yard organized and efficient. Optimize material storage systems.
- Customer Champion: Provide friendly customer service. Assist customers, meet their needs, and ensure they leave smiling.
- Team Leader: Supervise the yard crew. Set standards and lead by example.
- Tech-Savvy: Train on operations software. Track inventory, process payments, and manage material flow.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- General computer skills (specific software training provided).
- A passion for staying organized and getting things done.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical strength to handle up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.
- One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
- General computer skills will be provided training.
- A strong passion for organization and productivity is essential.
- Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions is necessary.
- Physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks is required.

Pay

Schedule
Four days a week, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm. Sundays and one weekday off for a work-life balance.
