About the role

Responsibilities

• Master the Yard: Operate forklifts, material handlers, and other yard equipment. Mentor and train new employees.
• Captain of Organization: Keep the yard organized and efficient. Optimize material storage systems.
• Customer Champion: Provide friendly customer service. Assist customers, meet their needs, and ensure they leave happy.
• Team Leader: Supervise the yard crew. Set clear direction and maintain high standards.
• Tech-Savvy: Train on operations software. Track inventory, process payments, and manage material flow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• General computer skills (specific software training provided).
• A passion for organization and productivity.
• Physical strength to handle up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks.

Schedule

Four days a week, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm. Sundays and one weekday off for a work-life balance.
