WWTP Lab Supervisor

In this role, you'll oversee the Wastewater Treatment Plant laboratory, ensuring compliance and supporting environmental research through lab testing, report generation, and expert consultation on sampling and analyses for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the laboratory and perform compliance and research-related lab tests
• Generate reports to meet regulatory compliance requirements
• Provide consultation and advice on sampling and analyses to the Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent
• Assign and schedule duties for laboratory analysts
• Train laboratory staff and maintain up-to-date knowledge of chemical and bacteriological water examinations
• Maintain familiarity with the federal Clean Water Act
• Facilitate effective communication between laboratory staff and the Operations Division

Requirements

• Working knowledge of chemical and bacteriological examinations of water
• Understanding of the federal Clean Water Act

Pay

Annual salary range: $96,215.28 - $117,581.04
