Wraparound Facilitator
About the role
We are looking for a Wraparound facilitator to support youth in crisis by strengthening family and community in which youth can thrive. You will collaborate with community partners to ensure needs are met while strengthening youth and family resiliency and knowledge. On the job certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) is provided. The role involves working in homes, schools, and community settings in Tarrant County.
Requirements
The minimum requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a health and humans' services field, such as Applied Behavior Analysis, Child Development, Counseling, Early Childhood Education, and others. One year of experience in the Health and Human services field is also required, as well as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification or eligibility for QMHP certification.

Preferences for this role include being bilingual in Spanish, having a master's degree, and holding certifications such as LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A.
