Wraparound Facilitator

About the role

Service Area: Pike and surrounding counties. This full-time, hybrid Wrap Facilitator position combines remote work from your home office with travel of up to an hour and a half (1.5 hours) for community-based meetings several times a week. The role serves Pike County, Indiana; applicants must reside within Pike County and be able to travel throughout the county as needed to attend in‑person meetings. IPMG is 100% employee‑owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and a sign‑on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family
• Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family
• Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals
• Facilitate regular community‑based wraparound team meetings to review plan of care

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass thorough background screens
• BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of experience in one of the following: clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice, or education in a K‑12 setting
• Designated home office setting with computer, internet service, and smart phone
