Become an expert in wound management through training from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
We offer physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship to ensure clinical excellence. W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits, with a typical work week of 45 hours for full-time positions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
- Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
- Perform clinical documentation at the point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
- Operate as a mobile practice, visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
Requirements
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles.
- W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship is available).
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday–Friday (7am–4pm), 4–5 days per week.
- Part-time: Minimum of 3 days per week, with no call or weekend clinical responsibilities.
