Primary Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for end-user systems, including computers, printers, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a Windows environment
- Maintain functionality and performance for WNY end users and enterprise customers
- Deliver Enterprise Service Desk/User Support services, including incident reporting, spillage management, and metrics tracking
- Provide user support for the Navy's Microsoft 365 Flank Speed environment
- Diagnose network issues and perform corrective actions to ensure system availability and performance
Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance (required to start)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing help desk support for networks, web applications, software, and hardware in a Windows operating environment
- Possession of at least one of the following certifications
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- Security+ (CompTIA SSCP)
- Certified Network Associate (CompTIA CNDA)
- Certified Network Defender (CompTIA CND)
Operating System Requirements
- Must possess or complete Windows 11 certification or training within 6 months of hire
- Additional or updated Microsoft training must be maintained throughout the period of performance

Pay
- The current salary range for this position will be $70,000 to $85,000 (annually).
