About the Role
Crusoe is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Workplace Site Coordinator to support day-to-day workplace operations in our site job site offices. This role is essential to maintaining a smooth, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment for employees and visitors. You will be the front line of the workplace experience, ensuring spaces are organized, stocked, and ready to support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Supports office supply ordering, inventory tracking, and organization of shared spaces.
- Assists with meeting logistics and coordination, food orders, and internal event setup.
- Acts as the point of contact for facilitating essential communication and job specific forms for all Crusoe staff and onsite GC and Primes.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for all Crusoe visitors and Crusoe new hires onsite.
- Manage PPE distribution, supply tracking, and workplace readiness (meeting spaces, break areas, signage).
- Assist with onboarding processes for contractors and visitors (badges, site orientation, compliance checks).
- Orders, stocks, and maintains inventory of office supplies, drinks, snacks.
- Ensures conference rooms are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate site tours for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with vendors for deliveries, catering, janitorial, and other on-site services.
- Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives (signage, compliance checks, reporting hazards).
- Track and document daily operational activities, escalating issues to the Operations Manager as needed.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure seamless site execution.
- Ensure the physical workplace is safe, functional, and aligned with Crusoe brand and standards.
- Maintain cross functional partnership with onsite general construction contractors and other Primes.
- Provides basic receptionist coverage, including greeting visitors and managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Supports New Hire Onboarding preparation, logistics, and day of coordination and facilitation.
- Manages trailer layout and provides backup for desk/team seating assignment and layout.
- Acts as a liaison for Maintenance issues/repairs to the GC.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, construction support, or facilities coordination.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees, contractors, and external partners and create a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve on the spot.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple simultaneous activities.

Pay
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $36.00 - $43.00 per hour + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
