About the Role

The Workplace Site Coordinator will support daily operational needs at the data center construction site. This role is critical to keeping the site safe, efficient, and well-organized by coordinating logistics, vendor services, supplies, and employee support. Crusoe is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Workplace Site Coordinator to support day-to-day workplace operations in our site job site offices. This role is essential to maintaining a smooth, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment for employees and visitors. You will be the front line of the workplace experience, ensuring spaces are organized, stocked, and ready to support daily operations. You will work closely with the Workplace Operations Manager to support office operations, events, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, or administrative support, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. This is an in-person role.

Responsibilities

  • Supports office supply ordering, inventory tracking, and organization of shared spaces.
  • Assists with meeting logistics and coordination, food orders, and internal event setup.
  • Acts as the point of contact for facilitating essential communication and job-specific forms for all Crusoe staff and onsite GC and Primes.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for all Crusoe visitors and Crusoe new hires onsite.
  • Manages PPE distribution, supply tracking, and workplace readiness (meeting spaces, break areas, signage).
  • Assists with onboarding processes for contractors and visitors (badges, site orientation, compliance checks).
  • Orders, stocks, and maintains inventory of office supplies, drinks, snacks.
  • Ensures conference rooms are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Coordinates site tours for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaises with vendors for deliveries, catering, janitorial, and other on-site services.
  • Supports health, safety, and environmental initiatives (signage, compliance checks, reporting hazards).
  • Tracks and documents daily operational activities, escalating issues to the Operations Manager as needed.
  • Provides general administrative and operational support to ensure seamless site execution.
  • Ensures the physical workplace is safe, functional, and aligned with Crusoe brand and standards.
  • Maintains cross-functional partnership with onsite general construction contractors and other Primes.
  • Provides basic receptionist coverage, including greeting visitors and managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Supports New Hire Onboarding preparation, logistics, and day-of coordination and facilitation.
  • Manages trailer layout and provides backup for desk/team seating assignment and layout.
  • Acts as a liaison for Maintenance issues/repairs to the GC.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, construction support, or facilities coordination.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees, contractors, and external partners and create a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve on the spot.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple simultaneous activities.

Pay

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $36.00 - $43.00 per hour + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
