Workplace Experience Sr. Specialist (NYC Based)

Responsibilities

  • Create and foster a welcoming and productive office environment
  • Own vendor management, in-office experiences and activations
  • Support Tinuiti’s coworking platform (Upflex) and provide ad hoc support
  • Ensure alignment in workplace standards, communication, and employee experience between New York and Mexico City offices and London coworking hub
  • Oversee the visitor experience, including seating, food & beverage, accessibility, safety, and compliance
  • Plan and execute in-office events, activations, and moments that drive engagement and connection in a hybrid environment
  • Develop and implement creative, data-informed initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction, utilization, and overall employee experience
  • Maintain office readiness at all times, proactively identifying and addressing operational needs before they arise

Requirements

Media agency experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
  • Experience managing vendors and external partners, including coordination, communication, and issue resolution
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-service mindset
  • Ability to troubleshoot IT support issues regarding device connectivity, Zoom room functionality, and workstation operability
  • Previous experience in an agency or similarly dynamic, client-focused environment
  • Working knowledge of office safety protocols and compliance standards
  • Experience with workplace and operational tools such as Navan, Upflex, Emburse, and Jira
  • Comfort using AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support day-to-day operations

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, or a similar operational role
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move items up to 20 lbs
  • Ability to perform a range of physical activities associated with office setup and operations, including standing, walking, and adjusting workspace configurations as needed
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and move throughout the office as required

Pay

Hiring salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.

Schedule

The role is not remote and requires working in Tinuiti's New York office.
