About the role

The Workplace Experience Manager is an integral part of Latham & Watkins' Workplace Experience (WE) team. This role will develop and execute strategies and procedures to deliver a global best-in-class experience for personnel and clients, whether remote or in-person, while leading and empowering a team to provide top-notch service.

This role will be located in the Boston office and requires an in-office presence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with office administration, department managers, and regional leadership to deliver a top-quality, global, client-focused working experience
  • Strategize, create, and implement experience-related guidelines, best practices, and standards with the global WE team
  • Supervise, manage, and motivate team members, setting clear team goals and objectives aligned to global vision
  • Promote effective and collaborative work practices, exhibit highly professional and ethical standards, and build strong and accountable relationships throughout the local office and across the firm
  • Recruit and train talent, identify professional development opportunities for the team, and effectively coach team and individuals to enhance their performance and achieve desired outcomes
  • Protect and maintain any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
  • Utilize and navigate various technology platforms and applications
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional weekend shifts

Pay Range: USD $120,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
