Responsibilities

• Design and implement workplace experiences that align with client needs and company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of workplace initiatives.
• Manage and maintain workplace environments to meet safety and compliance standards.
• Develop and execute training programs to improve employee engagement and productivity.
• Conduct regular assessments to gather feedback and make improvements to workplace experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace design and ergonomics.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to lead and manage projects from conception to completion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in workplace design software (e.g., AutoDesk).
• Experience with workplace safety audits and compliance.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
