Workplace Experience Manager
About the role
The Workplace Experience Manager at Cresta is responsible for leading the strategy, operations, and evolution of our global workplace facilities footprint. This role requires a strong presence in the Bay Area, with a focus on balancing strategic planning with operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of all global Cresta offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality workplace experience while balancing local needs and regional nuances.
- Lead lease renewals, expansions, and new site acquisitions in partnership with Finance and Legal, ensuring our workplace footprint supports business growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive workplace strategy that aligns physical spaces, employee experience programs, and business needs as the company scales.
- Build strong partnerships with property managers, landlords, and service providers to ensure our offices operate efficiently and effectively.
- Own Cresta's global workplace safety strategy, including emergency preparedness, site-specific safety programs, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner across the business to ensure workplace safety requirements, accommodations, accessibility considerations, and employee support needs are appropriately addressed across all office locations.
- Oversee catering, food and beverage programs, badge access systems, physical security, and vendor relationships.
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and Leadership Team to support the operational needs of Cresta headquarters.
- Own and evolve workplace and employee experience programs, including recognition initiatives, Operating Principles Awards, employee gifting, office activations, onboarding support, and other programs that strengthen culture, connection, and engagement.
- Partner with the Administrative Team, People Team, site leads, and other stakeholders to execute employee events, company celebrations, leadership visits, customer visits, and other key company moments.
- Maintain and continuously improve workplace communications, documentation, and internal resources that help employees navigate office spaces, workplace programs, and services.
- Manage and continuously improve workplace and employee experience vendors, platforms, and systems that support employee engagement and day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years leading global workplace experience, facilities, office operations, employee experience, or related functions, preferably within a high-growth technology environment.
- Absolutely required to have a strong in-office presence across both our San Francisco and Sunnyvale offices, working onsite three days per week, typically split between our San Francisco and Sunnyvale offices. Additional onsite time may be required during office build-outs, events, or other key workplace initiatives.
- Experience supporting multiple offices, regions, or distributed teams, with the ability to balance global consistency and local employee needs.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate sensitive workplace situations with professionalism, discretion, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively partner with executives, managers, employees, and external vendors.
- Proven track record of navigating commercial real estate contracts and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Exceptional project management skills with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives. Able to seamlessly transition between strategic planning, operational execution, and issue resolution while maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation
Creta offers competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table. The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 + Offers Equity
