About The Role

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function.

What You’ll Do

  • First point of contact for all those entering the facility.
  • Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols.
  • Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed.
  • Cook up workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers.
  • Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
  • Organize and manage on-site events.
  • This includes securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures.
  • Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Clock in with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
  • Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team.
  • Follow specific directions as given by the manager.

What You’ll Need

  • A High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Career Opportunities

The minimum salary for the Part Time Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $37,000 annually [or $17.79 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Part Time Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $39,000 annually [or $18.75 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
