Workplace Experience Ambassador
About the role
The Senior Site Ambassador delivers an exceptional, hospitality-driven workplace experience by serving as the primary onsite point of contact for client employees, guests, and key stakeholders. This role leads the execution of workplace experience programs, fosters strong partnerships across facilities, vendors, and service teams, and ensures a welcoming, safe, and high-performing work environment. The Senior Site Ambassador plays a key role in shaping engaging workplace environments by promoting company culture, overseeing day-to-day workplace operations, supporting sustainability initiatives, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This highly visible, client-facing role combines service excellence, leadership, proactive problem-solving, and operational coordination to enhance the employee and guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead onsite point of contact for employee and guest inquiries, issue resolution, troubleshooting, and workplace service support
- Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-focused experience by proactively anticipating employee and visitor needs and exceeding expectations
- Welcome employees, guests, and visitors while managing orientations, inquiries, and employee, visitor, and third-party badging processes
- Monitor and maintain front desk, lobby, conference rooms, and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, organization, and brand standards are upheld
- Conduct routine workplace walkthroughs to ensure offices, workstations, meeting spaces, pantries, and common areas are fully stocked, functional, and well maintained
- Coordinate workplace meetings, engagement events, conference room bookings, and training center activities to ensure seamless execution and employee satisfaction
- Supervise and support Workplace Experience Ambassadors and Meeting & Event Coordinators to maintain service consistency and operational excellence
- Partner with facilities management, IT teams, vendors, and service providers to support workplace operations, safety, sustainability, and service delivery initiatives
- Support reporting, utilization tracking, continuous improvement initiatives, and workplace innovation efforts to improve operational efficiency and employee experience
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in hospitality management, foodservice management, workplace experience, or related client-facing environments
- Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and employee experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a highly visible, client-facing role with professionalism and confidence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting workplace experience programs, office operations, or corporate events
- Familiarity with conference room scheduling systems, badge access systems, and workplace technology tools
- Knowledge of workplace safety, security, and sustainability practices
- Experience coordinating vendors, caterers, or third-party service providers
- Ability to support workplace reporting, utilization tracking, and operational metrics
- Experience participating in continuous improvement or workplace innovation initiatives
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and employee engagement best practices
