About the Role

Our client is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to create an exceptional experience for tenants, guests, and visitors in a premier corporate office environment. This role blends luxury hospitality, customer service, event coordination, and workplace operations to deliver a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that enhances the overall workplace experience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, polished, and service-oriented with the ability to build relationships, anticipate needs, and provide concierge-level support. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for tenants and visitors while helping coordinate events, amenities, and engagement programs.

Responsibilities

Guest & Tenant Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and guests.
  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome experience.
  • Assist guests with directions, building access, and visitor registration.
  • Coordinate visitor arrivals and communicate with tenant hosts as needed.
  • Provide concierge-style support, including recommendations for local dining, services, transportation, and entertainment.
  • Manage inquiries and service requests with professionalism and urgency.
  • Maintain a polished and welcoming lobby and reception environment.

Tenant Engagement & Events

  • Plan and execute tenant engagement activities, appreciation events, wellness programs, and seasonal events.
  • Coordinate vendors, catering, event logistics, room setups, and communications.
  • Assist with event budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Create marketing materials and event communications using Canva or similar design platforms.
  • Develop creative ideas to enhance tenant satisfaction and workplace culture.

Workplace Operations

  • Monitor conference rooms, amenity spaces, and common areas to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Partner with property management, security, engineering, and vendor teams to address tenant requests and operational needs.
  • Support workplace communications and building announcements.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with tenants, office managers, executive assistants, and workplace leaders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while handling concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for tenant experience initiatives.
  • Represent the organization's hospitality and service standards in all interactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, luxury retail, guest relations, workplace experience, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience in hotels, private clubs, premium residential communities, luxury retail, or corporate hospitality environments highly preferred.
  • Event planning and coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workplace technology platforms.
  • Experience with Canva is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Dallas area, local attractions, dining, and entertainment is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
