Workplace Experience Ambassador

Responsibilities

  • Assist with routine operational tasks to ensure consistent daily service delivery across the site.
  • Support facilities-related requests as needed, coordinating with the broader workplace and facilities teams.
  • Restock supplies including pantry items, beverages, copier stations, and general office materials to ensure availability throughout the day.
  • Support conference room furniture setup when required and reset rooms to prepare meeting and conference spaces for upcoming use.
  • Submit work orders and communicate maintenance, cleaning, or technical issues to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
  • Provide supplemental support to the mailroom or workplace team during low-traffic periods.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of assigned floors to confirm that workplace areas are stocked, orderly, and aligned with service standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all internal and external visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Manage front-of-house services, including reception duties, and appropriately direct incoming queries and visitors.
  • Identify areas requiring attention, anticipate needs, and escalate issues to the facilities management team when appropriate.
  • Participate in job sharing with other team members, predominantly at the front desk, to maintain consistent coverage.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support a high-quality workplace experience.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience with strong hospitality orientation.
  • Reception, concierge, or front-of-house experience.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability and confidence to communicate with customers at all levels, both in writing and verbally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide a welcoming, professional presence.
  • A high school diploma or GED required.
  • Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively with other team members and act as an ambassador for the workplace experience team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to daily tasks.
  • PC literacy with the ability to manage daily activities using various software platforms.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, with the option to request assistance for items over 25 lbs.
  • Reliable, strong team orientation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced or high-traffic environments.
