About the role
The role of the Workplace Ambassador and Errand Runner is to offer white glove customer service while also displaying a professional and enthusiastic personality to on-site employees at our clients' location. Your main responsibility will be to assist our clientele with local errand running within specified parameters and criteria. You will also represent Circles by building meaningful relationships with members and educating them about their Circles Concierge benefits!
Responsibilities
- Local errand running
- Promote Circles services and benefits to members
- Participate in various onsite events that highlight the program
- Coordinate and schedule services with local and national partners and vendors
- Provide best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Prioritize requests and monitor daily deliverables
- Provide uncompromising service to members
- Project an approachable and professional image at all times
- Promote meaningful relationships via face-to-face interaction with members, vendors, and peers
- Respond to members and guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, without exception
- Collaborate on innovative ideas and initiatives with management
- Suggest and purchase gifts and flowers; recommend tickets and dining; make reservations and schedule services
- Provide Notary Public services as needed
- Manage on-site convenience services such as onsite auto-detailing, dry-cleaning, bike tune-ups, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with navigating the local area
- Must be eligible to become a notary public
- Comfortable with a high volume of driving to complete errands
- Customer service experience within the hospitality field preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have excellent digital literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Word)
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus

Schedule
Full-time position offering 34 hours per week. Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Schedule includes no nights and a three-day weekend.
