GoHiya is looking for a Workforce Scheduling Coordinator who can bring disciplined follow-through to coverage reliability across inbound and outbound customer support, chat, email, quality, workforce, CRM, and client-service operations. This role focuses on workforce scheduling coordination within contact center operations, ensuring every handoff shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.
Responsibilities
- Track the workforce scheduling workflow by analyzing workload against available capacity.
- Own the workforce scheduling workflow by flagging coverage gaps before they affect service.

Pay
