Role Overview

The Senior Associate in Workforce Planning supports client transformation initiatives, focusing on talent development, performance, workforce design, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in advisory services preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees in related fields are a plus
• Proven ability to lead business transformation initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple activities
• Ability to engage stakeholders effectively
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
