Senior Associate, Workforce Planning in the Advisory practice.

Responsibilities

• Participating in client-facing workforce transformation projects, focusing on talent development, performance, design, and analytics.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service through stakeholder management, workshops, deliverables, and project oversight.
• Driving thought leadership, developing tools, resources, and training for workforce transformation initiatives.
• Contributing to the development of methodologies, articles, whitepapers, and guides.
• Supporting business development by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals and client outreach.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; advisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related fields preferred.
• Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives, understanding business processes, project management, and human capital practices.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, prioritize tasks, and engage stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; travel may be required.
