Workforce Planning Coordinator
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Workforce Manager, the Workforce Planning Coordinator is a key operational role within the Workforce Planning team, responsible for the day-to-day administration of Blueprint, [solidcore]’s internal scheduling platform. In this role, you will own back-end platform management, Area Manager support, inbox operations, and the reporting that keeps scheduling decisions running smoothly across all studio locations. You’ll also contribute to cross-functional workforce planning efforts by supporting the creation of training materials, release communications, and resources that enable studio teams to use Blueprint effectively and consistently. This role is a great fit for someone who is operationally sharp, comfortable in a tech-adjacent environment, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
Responsibilities
- System Administration & Maintenance
- Manage the day-to-day back end of Blueprint, including user access, attributes, and permissions
- Monitor data feeds and integrations; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors promptly
- Troubleshoot common platform issues and escalate technical problems to the Senior Workforce Manager as needed
- Perform QA and UAT testing on the Blueprint staging site ahead of new feature releases, bug fixes, and platform updates
- Intake, review, and approve or deny incoming class theme requests in accordance with [solidcore]'s music policy
- Perform manual integration checks between Blueprint and MBO
- Training, Support & Compliance
- Serve as a first point of contact for Area Manager questions and issues related to Blueprint
- Own the Blueprint team inbox: triaging incoming requests, responding to routine inquiries, and routing complex issues appropriately
- Support with the creation of release communications, training materials, and best practices for internal users of Blueprint
- Support office hours sessions hosted by the team, helping prepare materials and facilitate Q&A
- Build relationships with the AM team to understand scheduling pain points and surface feedback to the broader Workforce Planning team
- Monitor and enforce brand standards, deadlines, and compliance requirements across all studio locations
- Track recurring questions and use them to inform SOP updates and training material improvements
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in fitness, studio operations, coordinator, or administrative role
- Proficiency in G-Suite (particularly Google Sheets)
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with the ability to work remotely
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
- Familiarity with Mindbody Business platform
- Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment
- Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams or supporting multi-location operations
