About the role
The Workforce Housing Administrator coordinates the daily operations of our workforce housing program, supporting employees along the Texas border. This role manages move-ins, move-outs, inspections, digital documentation, housekeeping coordination, inventory, and resident communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and willing to assist with housekeeping and preparing RVs between residents.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a smooth and professional move-in and move-out experience.
- Maintain accurate digital records and lease documentation.
- Ensure every RV meets Bish's cleanliness and quality standards.
- Cookout housekeeping and inspections to minimize downtime between moves.
- Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
- Protect company assets through detailed inspections and documentation.
- Cookout coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs.
- Complete digital lease documents using Docusign.
- Cookout Perform move-in and move-out inspections.
- Cookout Photograph and document RV condition.
- Cookout Coordinate and perform housekeeping as needed.
- Cookout Prepare RVs for incoming residents.
- Cookout Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household items.
- Cookout Track occupancy status and unit readiness.
- Cookout Communicate maintenance needs promptly.
- Cookout Respond to residents’ questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Cookout Maintain organized digital records.
- Cookout Follow established processes and checklists.
- Cookout Assist with scheduling vendors when needed.
- Cookout Maintain a clean, organized office and work environment.
- Cookout Occasionally work evenings or weekends based on operational needs.
Requirements

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, housekeeping, hotels, leasing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background and drug test.
- Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in property management, housekeeping, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of RVs and RV-related terminology is beneficial.
- Experience with digital forms and systems such as Docusign is advantageous.

Pay
$20 - $25 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Variable schedule to accommodate operational needs, may include evenings and weekends.
