About the role

- Build client relationships, maintain communication, and deliver high-quality advocacy for clients navigating complex and stressful systems.
- Work alongside a team of case managers and hearing representatives to ensure efficient handling of files and optimal client outcomes.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar.

- Proven advocacy skills before WCAB or related forums; comfort with hearings, expert testimony, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
- Ability to manage a docket, collaborate with support staff (paralegals, hearing reps, case managers), and meet deadlines in a busy litigation environment.
- Strong writing, negotiation, research, and client-service skills.
Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Paid time off and paid holidays.
- Covered parking.
- Discretionary year-end bonus.
