- This position is focused on workers' comp applicant work.
- You will:
- Handle matters independently
- Draft all litigation documents
- Act as your clients guide through the process
- Attend WCABs, depos, and appearances
What we're looking for:
- A member of the CA bar
- A degree from an accredited law school
- At least 2 years of workers' comp experience
- Willingness to work at volume
- Openness to some trial work
