Windsor Troy Law, LLP is a premier law firm committed to providing exceptional legal representation with integrity, compassion, and results. We are proud advocates for injured workers across California and are expanding our Workers’ Compensation practice.
Responsibilities
- Represent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims.
- Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- 1–2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferred
- Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills
Pay
$80,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year

This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work remotely.
