Responsibilities
- Handle matters independently
- Draft all litigation documents
- Act as your clients' guide through the process
- Attend WCABs, depositions, and appearances
Requirements
- Must be a member of the CA bar
- Must have a degree from an accredited law school
- At least 2 years of workers' compensation experience
- Willing to work at volume (this is a volume firm)
- Open to some trial work
