Responsibilities

• Handle workers' compensation applicant matters independently
• Draft all litigation documents
• Act as your clients' guide through the process
• Attend WCABs, depositions, and appearances

Requirements

• Must be a member of the California bar
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school
• At least 2 years of workers' compensation experience
• Must be willing to work at volume (we are a volume firm)
• Must be open to some trial work

Pay

$120,000 - $220,000 per year
